Laundry Care
At Kleenito, our Dry Clean Experts are dedicated to delivering exceptional quality services to our valued customers. Our dry cleaning and laundry services adhere to globally recognized standard garment care practices, ensuring the optimal cleaning and safety of all garment types and articles.
Our cleaning methods are tailored to specific garment needs, utilizing techniques such as Wash in Emulsifier, Detergent, and Softeners, Soft wash for delicate garments, Advanced technologies like Hydro Carbon machine,
While we strive to remove stains, we cannot guarantee the removal of stubborn or irremovable stains. In such cases, we will notify customers and discuss potential further action to avoid additional damage.
For garments requiring special treatment due to delicate fabric characteristics or specific stains, we rely on the care labels and maintenance symbols to guide our cleaning process.
Delivery
Delivery Timelines
– Steam ironing: 48 hours*
– Laundry: 48 hours
– Dry cleaning: 72 hours
– Express/urgent delivery: additional 50% charge on MRP.*
– For free Pickup and Delivery – Eligible orders: ₹300 or more bill value
– Deliveries will be made to the registered address, unless otherwise specified.
– Customers must inform Kleenito prior to scheduled pickup or delivery if they are unavailable. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.
– Kleenito delivery agents carry identification and provide receipts. Garments handed over without verification will not be Kleenito’s liability.
– Every effort is made to deliver on time. However, unforeseen delays may occur. In such cases, customers will be updated on delivery times. Delays do not entitle customers to compensation.
– Kleenito will not be responsible for garments not collected within 15 days of scheduled delivery.
* Clothes must be brought before 12 noon. For express/urgent delivey, pickup and drop will be from 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM
Walk-in Customer Guidelines:
– Upon dropping off articles for processing, please ensure you receive a bill or challan copy.
– When collecting your processed articles, kindly present the bill or challan copy.
– If you’ve misplaced your bill or challan, we’ll verify your credentials before handing over the processed articles.
– We request that you inspect your articles thoroughly at the time of delivery to ensure satisfaction.
Pricing Terms
– The final tariff for garments will be determined by our dry clean experts at the store, based on the complexity of the garments.
– Prices listed are indicative and minimum rates.
– Payment is due upon delivery, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon.
Accepted Payment Methods –Cash, Credit card, Online payment, UPI
– Prices may vary across locations and cities.
– Tariffs and delivery terms for special offers and schemes will be governed by the specific terms and conditions of each offer.
– Multiple offers cannot be combined.
Liability
Kleenito shall not be held responsible for damage or loss caused by:
– Pre-existing defects or conditions
– Inadequate or incomplete information provided by customer.
– Normal wear and tear
Kleenito is not liable for fastness / running of colour / shrinkage / damage to embellishments / embroidery work on the garments during process.
While Kleenito strives to remove stains, 100% removal is not guaranteed. Customers acknowledge that they have no claim or right to deduct processing charges due to incomplete stain removal.
Kleenito accepts no liability for loss or damage due to Fire, Burglary or other unforeseen events.
Cancellation and Refund
Kleenito operates on a “No Claim” policy, where all articles are accepted at the customer’s risk. We are not liable for damage to items that cannot withstand normal cleaning or dry cleaning processes.
If you’re dissatisfied with our services, please contact us within 3 days to resolve the issue.
All claims for damage or loss must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receiving your items.
Kleenito’s liability for damage or loss is limited to 6 times of the order value or Rs.3000/-, whichever is lower.
Kleenito is not responsible for:
– Loss or damage to personal/non-cleanable items left in clothing/bags (e.g., money, jewelry)
– Any alterations to these terms by agents or employees
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
Privacy Policy
At Kleenito, we value your privacy and protect the personal information you share with us.
We collect your personal information through various channels, including:
– Customer registration at our stores & website
– Mobile application
– Webform submissions
By providing your personal information, you explicitly consent to its use for specific purposes, as deemed fit and proper.
By submitting our webform, you agree to receive promotional calls and SMS from a third-party platform.
We use your information to provide customized services, including:
– Order status updates
– New service introductions
– Exclusive offers and packages
– Research and feedback collection
Kleenito reserves the right to use images of your clothes for promotional purposes.
Alteration or Amendments to the T&C
We reserve the right to make changes to our policies, and these T&C at any time. You will be subject to the policies and T&C in force at the time you order services from us, unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of these conditions is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining conditions.
